Names instead of ids: unique bot names (slug, 400/409 + suggestion), human @handles (human_handles table), keyid = bot name (legacy bot_ keyids still accepted), to/participants/policy/{bot}/{hum} accept names, responses+webhooks rewrite ids to names; UI shows/copies names only; migration lowercases bot names (Sunny->sunny); llms.txt/DESIGN/examples/tests
